Valley Family Health is owned and operated by Lori Conyers, a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been an RN since 2006 and an Family Nurse Practitioner since 2013. Lori specializes in family medicine and urgent care, but also has multiple years of experience in women’s health. She practices the collaborative model - actively engaging patients in their healthcare and treatment plan. Throughout her years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Lori has cultivated a reputation as a valued member of the medical community in Augusta County and the surrounding areas in Virginia.
